Do you have a retail catalogue?

Attitude & Ideas Inc. does not publish a retail mail order catalogue. We feel that our website is the best way to keep customers informed about our current product line.

What is your privacy policy?

We use Pay Pal to handle all on-line transactions. You can view their privacy policy at www. paypal.com.

What is Attitude & Ideas Inc. guarantee?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Attitude & Ideas Inc. will promptly replace your merchandise within 30 days of a returned product. You must enclose a copy of your receipt for action to be taken.

What are my ordering options?

Order online or by mail with a U.S. money order. You can download an order form, fill it out and send it to:

Do I have to pay sales tax?

All applicable sales taxes are included in the price.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all in stock orders within 10 Business days of receipt of order.

What if my item is out of stock?

Attitude & Ideas Inc. may occasionally run out of a product due to demand or production schedules. If an item is sold out or a delay occurs, you will be notified by e-mail. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped in 3-4 weeks of receipt of the order.

How do I return an item?

Only item purchases from ddaywear.com can be exchanged through Attitude & Ideas Inc. If you purchased a product from a retail store, please return it to that store.

1) To return a package, call Attitude & Ideas Inc. at 1-877-827-3278 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Without an RMA number, packages will not be accepted.

2) Send a copy of your sales receipt and include the RMA number with an explanation of what you are returning and the reason.

4) Write the RMA number on the outside of your package. We recommend that you send the package via mail as it is usually the easiest and the least expensive. We recommend that you track your package to confirm it has been received. Please consider insuring larger returns. These services are available through the postal service.

5) Packages must be returned pre-paid. Attitude & Ideas Inc. will not accept any C.O.D. packages. Your returned item will be replaced or refunded to the credit card originally used (less the $5.00 donation to the beaches). If you ordered by mail with a money order, a refund cheque will be issued. (Except in the event that wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped to the customer, shipping & handling for returns or exchanges is non refundable.)

Is gift wrapping available?

We do not offer gift wrapping. Sorry.

International Shipping Policy

We can only process international orders from Great Britain and France. We accept international money orders in U.S. Dollars.

For all international orders, we have a minimum of U.S. $75.00 (before any shipping & handling charges are applied.)

All international orders will be screened carefully to verify delivery information accuracy. Discrepancies often occur that we will need you to clarify. You will be contacted through the e-mail address you provide when placing your order. Be sure you monitor your e-mail for our follow up questions. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we do not receive a response from you after a reasonable amount of time. We also reserve the right to cancel any order we deem risky to fill.

We declare the full value of any item shipped outside North America on any customs forms. We are required to file and mark the items as merchandise.

Duties/taxes/customs are the responsibility of the customer.
